1. High bids and second high bids will not be revealed. Limited guidance to the perceived value of a lot will be given if requested.
2. A 10% BUYERS FEE WILL BE ADDED TO EACH INVOICE.
3. Bids under $2.50 are respectfully declined.
4. The auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid or withdraw any lot. No buy or unlimited bids accepted.
5. Bids above $25.00 are reduced when possible to 10% above the next high bid, up to a maximum of 50%. Bids will not be reduced to under $25.00.
6. Wording in ( ) means it does not appear on the token or medal. Pictures are also noted in parenthesis.
7. Actual postage will be added to the invoice but there is a minimum charge of $1.50 for packaging, shipping, postage and insurance.
8. E-Mail bids will be accepted. My E-mail address is exonumia@cfl.rr.com. Bids via E-mail must ARRIVE by 11:00 PM on closing day!
9. Florida residents must pay sales tax or submit a resale number.
10. Prices realized (in Microsoft Word) will be sent to all successful bidders who have opted for an e-catalog. A hard copy is available at $2.00.
11. Returns will be accepted for any lots incorrectly described but only within 14 days of the invoice date. Please check your bids carefully for errors as you must be responsible for your bids. All items are unconditionally guaranteed genuine.
12. Placing a bid in this sale constitutes acceptance of the above terms.
